DDA Housing Scheme result announced

DDA on December 16, announced the list of 5,238 lucky Delhiites, who applied for the DDA Housing Scheme 2008. DDA spokesperson Neemo Dhar informed that the authority will issue demand letter to all successful allottes by December 30.

The houses range from Rs 7 to 77 lakh, making these 50 per cent cheaper than the market ratddaes. The flats are being considered priceless and thus to avoid any controversy, the lottery is being supervised by IIT teachers. These flats are situated in some of the Delhi’s most-wanted colonies, like Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Paschim Vihar, Pitampura, Moia Khan, Dilsad Garden, Narela, Salimar Bagh, Jhilmil, East of Loni Road, Nand Nagari, Peeragarhi, Sarai Khalil, Lok Nayak Puram, Bindapur and Zafrabad.
